Data we receive
When you write to us, we receive your e-mail address and the content of your message. We use them only to reply and, if you ask, to send you our news. Legal basis: your request and, for news, your consent.
For security reasons the server keeps a technical log of connections (IP address, date, requested page). These logs are deleted automatically after fourteen days.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@gipconline.org. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels).
